Information About Our Classes
- Advance registration is required since class size is limited.
- No transfers or refunds will be given for class tuition within 48 hours before the first class meeting.
- Please attend your scheduled class. Make up classes are not available.
- Students must purchase their own tools as there is work to be completed at home, as well as in the classroom. Tools are available for purchase with Canterbury Glass.

Solder Like a Pro - One-Day Workshop - $40.00
Do you suffer from "solder envy"? If so, Jeff can show you some helpful techniques to improve your soldering. He discusses different types of solder, soldering irons, temperature controllers, fluxes, cleaners, polishes, and sometimes world events. If you want your work to have that professional touch, learn how to solder like Jeff. This is a two-hour workshop.

Cutter Clinic - One Day Workshop - $40.00
Do you need a refresher on how to cut glass or do you want to learn a few tricks of the trade? Join Jeff for this
one day workshop. He discusses different types of glass cutters, how to use runners, groziers and breakers,
and tricks he's learned over the years.Learn how to cut glass the way the professionals do. This is a two-
hour workshop.

Beginning Stained Glass (three Weeks) - $175.00 ($100.00 Tuition & $75.00 Gift Certificate)
A class designed to give you, the beginning student, the skills needed to build stained glass windows or panels. You will make one glass panel-- using the copper foil method. Students will learn to select glass, prepare patterns, cut and grind glass, foil, solder, and use patinas. Price of class includes a $75 gift certificate to be used during class. Cost of tools and materials may exceed the gift certificate amount, depending on what the student decides to purchase.

One-Day Fun With Fusing Class - (Contact Us for Pricing)
In this one-day workshop, students will learn the fine art of fusing. This class is designed for the student who cannot commit to a three-week class. Students will make tiles or jewelry pieces, the choice is yours.
Fused Glass Pendant/Ornament Workshop - $52.00
You can design and make your very own fused glass pendant to wear as a necklace, a pin, or a fused glass ornament to hang. We supply everything, glass for fusing, inclusions, bails, and a pin back or cord to make your design a wearable piece of art. No experience necessary. We’ll show you how and you can use our tools, we even handle all the kiln firings. It’s the perfect "Short Attention Span Workshop!" Pendants are cut and assembled in the two-hour class session. After we fire them, you can come anytime and glue on the bail or pin back to finish your wearable art or ornament. Advance registration is required. This class is sure to fill fast, so sign up early and be the first one on your block to have cool personal art that you designed and made.
Kiln Fired Wine Bottle Cheese Cutting Board - $52.00
Recycling at its best! We melt and flatten wine (or any other bottles) in our kiln. At our two-hour class, you decorate it any way you want to create a cool handmade cheese cutting board. This is a great gift or just a special treat for yourself. We supply everything you need, all materials, including a wine bottle. Now, you can cut the cheese in style!

Feel like having a night out with the girls, but you have Christmas shopping to finish? Why not do both at Canterbury Glass? At this class, students will make a fused glass pendant or ornament. All materials included even a bail and cord. We will fire them, and they can be picked up later.
For this class only, students can BYOC (bring your own cocktails) Hey, why not? Please, no one under 21 years of age.

Beginning Fusing (Three Weeks) - $65.00
Fusing glass is fun and easy. This entry-level kiln class is for students with glass cutting experience. In this hands-on class, Mike will teach you how to make test strips, jewelry, and fused tiles.
Panel Lamp (Four Weeks) - $175.00
Build the panel lamp of your choice while learning proper assembling and finishing techniques. Tuition includes a $110.00 gift certificate to be used during class. Cost of supplies, materials, and tools may exceed the gift certificate amount, depending on what the student chooses to purchase.
Fused Bowl Making (Two Weeks) - $95.00
In this two-week class, you will design and create your own patterned glass, then fuse and slump it to make a bowl. Basic glass cutting experience required. Tools and materials are available for purchase during the first class meeting.
